Blogger Confession: What's the last book you could not finish? (or had a hard time finishing?)

I have to admit, I am definitely not a fan of Bumped or Steel.

 Bummer.

I was originally very excited for both.

I just could not stand all the teen whining and lingo in Bumped. I just couldn't concentrate on the story!

Steel just really fell flat for me too.

With that said, I would most like to meet the lovely Tevya and Andrea from Reading Lark! Everyday when I log onto my laptop, I go directly to Reading Lark. I very much enjoy their blog and their unique points of view.

Book Blogger Identity: 

What occupies your time when you are not reading and/or blogging?

 Great question! I do wonder about the blogs that I am following; who is this wonderful person behind this great blog??? Me? Well, I will tell you a little!

I work as a childcare teacher and Phonics teacher with some amazingly fun children; mostly fun anyways! I love children and love to teach them even more. Do I want to this for the rest of my life? I am just not sure yet. I would love to go back to school, but am definitely arguing with myself (my hubby wants me to go for it!) about what I should go for and when. I guess time will only tell.

I am also married to an amazing man named Cohl! He is my absolute everything. (sappy, I know. It happens.) We live with our sassy kitty Aracos.

I also have a large, very close family. My three sisters are my very best friends, along with my cousin. I am with them almost every weekend.
My hobbies basically only include reading, writing, and the occasional knitting project. Camping is also my favorite way to spend a summer weekend.

So, to shorten my story, I am still very much finding myself and my place in my own life.

What I do know is that I love my husband, I love my kitty, I love my family, and I love to read.

This Week's Question! 

Stand-alone vs. Series: What's Your Stance?

I am a Series Lover! Very, very addicted!

I have found that I tend to gravitate toward the book series. The characters seem to have more depth, the worlds more interesting. Beware!  If you are as addicted to reading as I am (which I am going to just assume) your will grow to be very attached to the characters. Tears are almost inevitable, so you should always keep a spare tissue box close.
A very odd sensation of jealousy also occurs from time to time when I find that someone else has also read the same book and loves it almost as much as I do. But, I push those thought down quickly. I am honored to share my excitement of the stories with others. No green monster for this girl! Well, at least I try...
 Don't get me wrong, I do enjoys single books from time to time. I am always left a little sad though, after I read that very last word in a book that I deeply enjoyed, and then think that the story ends there. Zippo, zilch, done. Our lives go on from year to year, I is only natural to wonder, "What happened next?".
