Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:
- Grab your current read
- Open to a random page
- Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
- BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
- Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!
Publication Date: September 21, 2010

"I was no expert, but the girl at the party had been dead. The smell coming off her was the rank, clotted smell of decay, and nothing could live with its veins and arteries cut open. Her smile had been horrific, and I had a sneaking fear that she was just the beginning of what I'd find if I went there."

I haven't actually started The Replacement yet, but plan on starting it today. So, I literally opened the book and chose a page. I do think that this was a good pick though! I am excited to read this!
What is your teaser this week??

Great teaser. I got this one a few weeks ago (although my UK copy has a way less awesome cover than the above) looking forward to reading it.

Love the teaser. Can't wait for your review. This sounds interesting.
Thanks for visiting me Alexis. I just began reading The Replacement today. So far, it is mysterious and interesting. I like how the writing is letting you find things out on your own. Love it!
