Teaser Tuesday (8)

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:
  • Grab your current read
  • Open to a random page
  • Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
  • BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
  • Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!
Publication Date: January 18, 2010
Pages: 384
"Honestly, I don't know how some of these stories got started," Lucius complained, adjusting the van's radio, probably looking for Croatian folk music but settling for classical on the public radio. "Hollywood, I suppose."
pg. 88
Again, another flip and point find. I am actually very excited to get into a new vampire romance. I get so nervous about them. I sometimes feel like I'm cheating on Twilight
It is exciting to read something that can be fun and lighthearted, yet slightly morbid. My idea of fun! Should be amazing!

Tease me!!!

Croatian folk music? Interesting. I haven't read any vampire books since Twilight, but perhaps I should pick this one up. It sounds good!

Hi,
I'm currently reading Gale Minchews Shadows of Destiny. currently 10% in and this is on the screen "It was the kind of smile I was used to seeing in toothpaste advertisements and plastered across the faces of those good looking guys in the gossip magazines in the checkout line at the grocery store. I remained mystified as to why he wanted to know anything about me."

I found you through the Small Blogs Big Giveaway blog hop and am now a new follower.

It is a pretty good read so far. And I have to admit, it's better then I thought it would be. Sassy Sonny, judging books by the covers again! The cover it terrible, but pretty awesome book!
