Cover Crazy (11)

Cover Crazy is a meme created by The Book Worms. It is all about giving notice to the beautiful, interesting, and sometimes crazy covers of our fave books!

The tree is amazing. It is earthly, whimsical, and lively.

The dreary sky works against the tree; it may speak of the conflict in the book.

Just like Divergent, the text of the title is great for the dystopian setting.

I also love the dark and foggy cityscape.

One choice can transform you—or it can destroy you. But every choice has consequences, and as unrest surges in the factions all around her, Tris Prior must continue trying to save those she loves—and herself—while grappling with haunting questions of grief and forgiveness, identity and loyalty, politics and love.

Tris's initiation day should have been marked by celebration and victory with her chosen faction; instead, the day ended with unspeakable horrors. War now looms as conflict between the factions and their ideologies grows. And in times of war, sides must be chosen, secrets will emerge, and choices will become even more irrevocable—and even more powerful. Transformed by her own decisions but also by haunting grief and guilt, radical new discoveries, and shifting relationships, Tris must fully embrace her Divergence, even if she does not know what she may lose by doing so.

What is making you crazy this week??

Great cover. I really like this one. I think it's better than the Divergent cover.

This is so pretty! I hadn't seen it before. I like this one way better than the Divergent cover. The tree design would make such a cool tattoo; I am a fan of tree art. I suppose I should read Divergent, huh? I also love all the changes to your blog. It looks great! I can tell you've been hard at work.

You are so sweet Andrea :D I highly suggest you jump onto the Divergent bandwagon. It is definitely my favorite book of 2011 so far.
